🌱 White Springs Café 108 is a family business and was founded by Rotchana Sussman who long envisioned a business centered around creating nutritionally-balanced dishes using organic/non-GMO and wholesome foods for everyone to enjoy -- food for those who want to simply satisfy a craving and for those who want to eat quality foods to maintain or reach their wellness goals. She envisioned a business model that is rooted in kindness, happiness, and fairness and to show that through food and community-giving.  She also saw a business that's not just a business, but a happy environment where diverse individuals work together, grow together, and thrive together.
